Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all MERCIER tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local authorized courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
